Kader Khan
Kader Khan is a famous Indian film actor, comedian, script writer, director and producer. He has acted in more than 150 Hindi movies and is popular for working with Govinda in comedy films by David Dhawan.PERSONALKader Khan was born on October 22nd 1942 in Kabul, Afghanistan. He is a Pathan(Pashtun) and his mother belongs to the Kakar tribe which is one of the most famous tribes. He has done his Masters degree from Osmania University in Arabic Language. He wants to open Arabic language institutions Canada, India, Pakistan, UK & USA.Kader was a professor at the M.H. Saboo Siddik College of Engineering, Mumbai. Actor Dilip Kumar saw him on the annual day function of the college where he participated in a play and Dilip was so impressed by his performance that he signed him for his next movie.Sarfaraz Khan is Kader's son and he has also acted in a few movies. Kader stays in Mumbai but is currently staying in Dubai as he is working on an Islamic Book called Islami Khandaan which covers many aspects of Islam and this book will be published soon.PROFESSIONALKader has mostly acted in comedy movies and especially with co stars like Govinda, Johnny Lever and Shakti Kapoor. He has done around 300 Hindi and Urdu movies and some of the recent ones are Mujhse Shaadi Karogi (2004), Lucky: No Time for Love (2006) and Family: Ties of Blood (2006) and one Television series called Hasna Mat.He has written many memorable dialogues for Amitabh Bachchan movies like Mr. Natwarlal, Amar Akbar Anthony, Agneepath, Muqaddar Ka Sikander, Coolie, Laawaris and Naseeb.Kader Khan is working towards the sequel of the comedy flick Andaaz Apna Apna. He received the Filmfare Award for Best Comedian in 1991 for Baap Numberi Beta Dus Numberi and the Screen Award for Best Performance in a Comic Role in 1995 for Taqdeerwala and was also recognized by the AFMI (American Federation of Muslims from India) for his achievement and service to the Muslim community in India
